Robert G. Schaedle III
President & Managing Partner
Mr. Schaedle is Managing Partner of Chartwell Residential, Franklin Construction Group, and Chartwell Hospitality (collectively, the “Chartwell Companies”). As head of the Chartwell Companies, Mr. Schaedle brings his 35+ years of experience in development, acquisitions, construction, operations, and asset management to the Chartwell Companies’ current residential investment platform. Mr. Schaedle has built three fully integrated real estate development and operating companies from the ground up.

Kevin Green
Chief Operating Officer
As chief operating officer, Kevin oversees all operations for Chartwell’s extensive hotel portfolio. His responsibilities include managing all aspects of daily property operations, including but not limited to revenue, expense management, risk management and human resources.

Bill Dickerson
Chief Financial Officer
Bill oversees the fiscal aspects of Chartwell Hospitality’s portfolio, including its current hotel assets totaling more than $1 billion. Bill brought 23 years of financial experience from the real estate industry to the Chartwell team, including involvement at three start-up companies.

Will Schaedle
Executive Vice President of Development & Acquisitions
Will currently oversees Chartwell Hospitality’s hotel site and property acquisitions, project development and additionally assists with all-purpose underwriting processes.

Jon Benowitz
Capital Markets & Investments
Jon oversees Chartwell Hospitality’s extensive investment portfolio and is responsible for executing the firm’s investment and capital strategies. Jon’s 25 years of industry experience includes real estate and corporate transactions, financial analysis and capital markets.

Yoo Mee Benowitz
Capital Markets & Investment Analysis
Yoo Mee leads the financial analysis and underwriting efforts for Chartwell's portfolio of owned hotels, acquisitions, and developments.

Don Jenkins
Vice President of Hotel Operations
Don helps support all the hotels in Chartwell Hospitality’s extensive property portfolio.

Dan Preston
Vice President Sales Marketing
Dan Preston is Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Chartwell Hospitality. In this role, Dan oversees 19 hotels for Chartwell Hospitality including all full service hotels. Prior to joining Chartwell, Dan served as Area Sales Leader for Marriott International and oversaw the sales and marketing efforts for a number of managed hotels in Tennessee from Memphis to Kingsport.

Adam Forsythe
Director of Engineering
As Chartwell’s Director of Engineering, Adam oversees the maintenance departments for Chartwell’s portfolio of hotels and works alongside Kevin Green and the company’s regional managers to support hotel renovations and new openings.

Stephen Walsh
Development Manager
Stephen began his career at Chartwell in 2009 as an Assistant Superintendent constructing new hotels and multifamily apartments in the Greater Nashville Area.

TJ Angeleno
Regional Manager
As regional manager, T.J. oversees and provides support for Hilton, Marriott and Choice Hotels properties in North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Arizona. T.J. joined Chartwell Hospitality in 2012.

Jonathan Cameron
Regional Manager
As regional manager, Jonathan oversees and supports operations for Hilton and Marriott properties in Tennessee, Illinois, Georgia, Missouri and New York.

Michael Sanders
Vice President of Hotel Operations
As Vice President of Hotel Operations, Michael supports operations for Chartwell’s Hilton and Marriott properties in New York, Missouri, Tennessee, and Charlotte, NC. Michael has more than 25 years of experience working with top hotel brands.

Lynn Edwards
Vice President of Revenue Management
Lynn leads Chartwell Hospitality’s team of revenue managers and focuses on maximizing top-line revenue by utilizing industry-specific tools and systems to make objective decisions and to drive results.

Christie Oclaray
Vice President of Human Resources
As Chartwell’s Vice President of Human Resources, Christie guides and manages the overall delivery of human resources services, policies, and programs.
