Jonathan Cameron

Regional Manager

As regional manager, Jonathan supervises and supports operations for Hilton and Marriott select and full-service properties within the Chartwell portfolio. Since joining Chartwell Hospitality in 2010, he has also served as a full-service General Manager and Lead General Manager overseeing multiple properties, where he has demonstrated leadership in forging performance improvements. During his tenure at Chartwell, Jonathan led his hotels to several accolades including Hotel of the Year, GM of the Year, and several Silver and Gold awards with Marriott. He believes in always working from a position of genuine care to drive results to a high level.

Upon earning a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, Jonathan began his hospitality career with White Lodging in 2006, quickly advancing to Operations Manager and General Manager positions. Jonathan serves on Chartwell Hospitality’s Manager in Training and Middle Manager Development programs; and is also actively involved in various industry groups, including currently serving on the advisory board for the University of Memphis Kemmons School of Hospitality & Resort Management.

Outside of work, Jonathan loves hosting activities with his wife for family and friends, hiking, and playing sports with his sons and supporting their school sports programs.
