With nearly 30 years of sales, marketing and revenue management experience in the hospitality industry, Lynn leads Chartwell Hospitality’s team of revenue managers, focusing on maximizing top-line revenue by utilizing industry-specific tools and systems to make objective decisions and to drive results. A professed “data nerd,” Lynn is certified on Hilton and Marriott revenue management systems; and has led high-performing revenue management teams at multiple properties. She also enjoys her mentorship role to newer staff, as the revenue management discipline continues to expand its role in overall property and asset management.
Prior to joining Chartwell Hospitality, Lynn gained valuable industry experience working in sales positions with both Marriott and Hilton branded hotels for 10 years; and, next, served with LBA Hospitality, including as Vice President of Revenue Management, where she was responsible for supervising the revenue management discipline for more than 60 Marriott and Hilton select service hotels in the Southeast. Lynn earned her bachelor’s degree from Nashville’s Lipscomb University and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME).
