Yoo Mee leads the financial analysis and underwriting efforts for Chartwell's portfolio of owned hotels, acquisitions, and developments. Yoo Mee brings 20 years of experience in the hotel industry, with positions in consulting, private equity, and brand management. As the head of feasibility for the Americas, Yoo Mee helped with the consolidation of systems and analytics at Hilton Worldwide following the sale to Blackstone and subsequently created the organization's first business analytics group. Most recently she was Vice President of Real Estate Finance for Turnberry Associates, overseeing project finance and financial planning and analysis of for the group's hospitality and retail real estate portfolio. Yoo Mee also has worked in the hotel investment group at Rockbridge and HEI Hotels and Resorts and started her career at HVS International. She earned her bachelor's degree from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
