The Nashville International Airport (BNA) is one of the nation’s fastest growing airports; now undergoing nearly $3 billion in airport renovations. Generating nearly $10 billion in economic impact in 2019, BNA supports more than 76,000 jobs in the region and produces more than $443 million in state, local and federal taxes. Connected to the airport’s Terminal Garage 1 by a covered pedestrian bridge, the 14-story, 298-key Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal is a centerpiece of this expansion. Atlanta-based Rabun Architects was behind the design, which features aviation themes, including the ballroom’s light fixture which is reminiscent of planes in the air and a captivating LED installation that captures the essence of flight. Hotel corridors and guest spaces are also animated by an array of aviation-inspired art.
