Broadwest developers have sold the project’s luxury hotel ahead of its opening date.

The Conrad Nashville, a Hilton brand, now belongs to Northwood Investors LLC, a global private equity firm based in Denver, according to a news release. The hotel, one part of Midtown’s 1.3 million-square-foot Broadwest development, is scheduled to open June 29.

“We are delighted to add the Conrad Nashville to our portfolio,” said Javier Rosenberg, president of Northwood Hospitality, in the release. “Nashville is quickly becoming one of the top destinations in the country for leisure and corporate travel along with meetings and events.”

The Conrad was a joint effort between Broadwest’s lead developer, Propst Development, and Chartwell Hospitality. It will be the last component of the larger mixed-use project to open; Broadwest has already moved in office tenants and sold luxury condominiums (which sit in the same building as the Conrad).

“We had a vision to develop the nicest Conrad in the Hilton system, as well as position this hotel to be the nicest luxury hotel in Nashville,” said Rob Schaedle, founder and president of Chartwell Hospitality. “I believe we have accomplished that goal.”

The property’s new owner, Northwood Investors, has offices in the U.S. and Europe. It currently manages around $8 billion of investor capital, according to the release
