Tom oversees operations and supports Hilton and Marriott properties within the Chartwell Hospitality portfolio. Since joining Chartwell Hospitality in 2022, he has served as Dual General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn and Homewood Suites Charlotte SouthPark, where his leadership earned recognition as General Manager of the Year. Known for building strong cultures and developing future leaders, Tom brings a balanced focus on operational excellence, team engagement, and long-term performance growth to every property he supports.
Tom earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management from the University of South Carolina and has since gained extensive experience working with Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, and IHG brands across both full-service and select-service hotels. Throughout his career, he has consistently driven performance improvements, strengthened guest satisfaction, and developed high-performing teams through mentorship and hands-on leadership.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his wife and twin boys.
