Current location of 40-unit Old Towne Apartments, built by Tate and Crosland in 1960s, to be demolished.
Tate and Crosland will file a rezoning application on April 28, requesting the parcel’s zoning be changed from R-17MF (multi-family residential) to MUDD-O (mixed use with optional provisions).
If the rezoning request is approved, the co-developers hope to begin construction in early 2015, with completion by early 2016.
